All content on this website belongs to WebsitesNorthWest.
The content is protected by copyright laws and may only be used for personal and non-commercial use.
Misuse
Any malicious or harmful act against this website will be treated as a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Design
The design copyright of the work in progress shall remain the property of WebsitesNorthWest until full and final payment is received.
Domain Names
All domain names are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until the point of purchase and registration by WebsitesNorthWest.
E-mail
WebsitesNorthWest are not responsible for the content received or sent in e-mails or attachments by the client.
The maximum size of any attachment is limited to 15Mb and the maximum size of an e-mail including the attachment is limited to 25Mb.
Hosting
WebsitesNorthWest are committed to maintaining 99.9% uptime for the clients website but we cannot guarantee this due to events or technical failures beyond our control.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
WebsitesNorthWest do not guarantee entry or a high ranking with all the search engines - although we have an excellent track record with all our clients websites.
We will work with the client to maximise the ranking.
Images
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all images used on the website are free from usage and copyright restrictions.
Timescale's
WebsitesNorthWest aim to have the clients free homepage produced within 15 working days from confirming your design brief.
All other dates will be communicated during the order, design and production process.
Payment
WebsitesNorthWest will produce the clients homepage completely free of charge - there is no obligation to purchase or proceed.
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to complete the website.
The balance is required within 7 days of posting the website live on the internet - or the account will be suspended.
Updates
Minor text changes are free of charge and allow you to keep your website up-to-date.
Other updates, additions and amendments to source code will be charged at a hourly rate.
WebsitesNorthWest will advise the full cost prior to commencing the work - the quoted price is guaranteed.
Renewal
The current annual renewal fee of only £75 includes domain name renewal, e-mail renewal, support and another 12 months hosting.
An invoice will be raised prior to the renewal date and must be paid 7 days before the renewal date or the domain name, e-mail, support and hosting will expire and the account will be suspended.
On expiry the ownership of the website, domain name and e-mail transfers to WebsitesNorthWest.
30 days from the renewal date we reserve the right to delete the website from the WebsitesNorthWest database.
Termination
The client may terminate the service at any time by providing 30 days written notice to our office at the address below.
No refunds will be issued.
Access to domain names will be provided on payment of a £40 transfer fee.
Privacy
All information provided by the client will not be passed on to any third party.
Disclaimer
WebsitesNorthWest will not be held responsible for any information (or its accuracy) within the clients website.
