The content is protected by copyright laws and may only be used for personal and non-commercial use.
Misuse
Any malicious or harmful act against this website will be treated as a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Design
The design copyright of the work in progress shall remain the property of WebsitesNorthWest until full and final payment is received.
Domain Names
All domain names are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until the point of purchase and registration by WebsitesNorthWest. Although the domain names are registered to us, the client is the legal owner of the domain until the client requests a transfer of ownership or the annual renewal is not paid, when ownership transfers to WebsitesNorthWest.
Hosting
WebsitesNorthWest are committed to maintaining 99.9% uptime for the clients website but we cannot guarantee this due to events or technical failures beyond our control.
Email
WebsitesNorthWest are not responsible for the content received or sent in emails or attachments by the client.
The maximum size of any attachment is limited to 15Mb and the maximum size of an email including the attachment is limited to 25Mb.
While WebsitesNorthWest shall make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the uninterrupted provision of the services there are various factors outside of our control that may make the services unavailable from time to time.
Under no circumstances shall WebsitesNorthWest be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business or any indirect, special, exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential loss or damages.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
WebsitesNorthWest do not guarantee entry or a high ranking with all the search engines - although we have an excellent track record with all our clients websites.
We will work with the client to maximise the ranking.
Images
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all images used on the website are free from usage and copyright restrictions.
Timescale's
WebsitesNorthWest aim to have the clients homepage produced within 15 working days from confirming the design brief.
All other dates will be communicated during the order, design and production process.
Payment
A £100 non-refundable deposit (or Official Company Purchase Order) is payable before we start work.
On completion of the website the outstanding balance is required within 7 days of posting the website live on the internet - or the account will be suspended.
Updates
Minor text changes are free of charge and allow you to keep your website up-to-date.
Other updates, additions and amendments to source code will be charged at a hourly rate.
WebsitesNorthWest will advise the full cost prior to commencing the work - the quoted price is guaranteed.
Renewal
The current annual renewal fee of £160 includes SEO, SSL certificate, support and another 12 months hosting. Annual domain name renewal is £20 and email address renewal is from £55.
An invoice will be raised prior to the renewal date and must be paid 7 days before the renewal date or the domain name, email, SEO, support, SSL certificate and hosting will expire and the account will be suspended.
On expiry the ownership of the website, domain name and email transfers to WebsitesNorthWest.
We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £60 for reactivating the website / email - and up to £100 to recover any expired domain names.
30 days from the renewal date we reserve the right to delete the website from the WebsitesNorthWest database.
Termination
The client may terminate the service at any time by providing 30 days written notice to our office at the address below.
No refunds will be issued.
We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £30 for the transfer of domain names.
Privacy
All information provided by the client will not be passed on to any third party.
Disclaimer
WebsitesNorthWest will not be held responsible for any information (or its accuracy) within the clients website.
